Employment Qualification Guidelines:

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Must live within 150 miles of home terminal

• Hold and be eligible to hold current state issued commercial drivers license (Has not received notice of revocation or suspension)

• Hold a current D.O.T. medical physical certificate

• Be eligible for employment in the United States

• Be insurable

• Be able to successfully complete road test

• Meet all federal driver qualification requirements

• Must be able to pass Pre-employment drug screen

 

OUR BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

• Health Sharing Plan (90 day waiting period)

• After one year of employment, driver will be eligible for one week paid vacation, and after five years driver will be eligible for a two week vacation each year

• Well maintained, late model equipment (Kenworth, Volvo and Peterbilt)

• Full time drivers have assigned truck

• We are family owned/operated and have open door policy at all times

 

PAY PLAN EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2021:

• Starting pay solo drivers 50 cents per mile with semiannual raise until topped out at 60 cents per mile

• Experienced Teams 70 cents per mile
